Abstract

The article aims to review some procedural issues that can be analyzed through the discussion of the efects of the inflationary phenomenon on Income Tax, considering the classical concept of the notion of cause or case, as well as particularities related to aspects of fact and evidence, and the paths it has generated for the resolution of tax conflicts.

    Miembro Activo de la Asociación Argentina de Estudios Fiscales y co-coordinadora de la Comisión de Procedimiento Tributario de dicha entidad. Miembro del Departamento de Política Tributaria de la Unión Industrial de Córdoba y del Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídico Empresariales de la Bolsa de Comercio de Córdoba.
