Factors of legitimacy in Human Resources practices from a contextual perspective

Resumen

El estudio analizó la relación entre la legitimidad organizacional y la alineación estratégica de recursos humanos desde una perspectiva contextual. Se evidenció que las prácticas de recursos humanos influyen en la percepción de legitimidad organizacional, afectando la alineación estratégica y destacando la necesidad de coherencia entre las prácticas, los valores y los intereses de los colaboradores.

 

Abstract

The research analyzed the relationship between organizational legitimacy and the strategic alignment of the human resources function from a contextual perspective. It showed that human resources practices influence the perception of organizational legitimacy, impacting strategic alignment, and highlighting the need for coherence between practices, organizational values, and employee interests.
